Corporate governance facilitates fairness, accountability, responsibility and transparency within an organisation. It is a system of rules, processes and practices that are put in place to manage risk and ensure the operations of an organisation are conducted in a controlled manner which makes a significant contribution to the success of an organisation.

This course provides the learner with a better understanding of Corporate Governance and how compliance plays a vital role in promoting good corporate governance and the creation of a culture of ethics and integrity within an organisation. The learner will gain insight into how the Compliance Program is implemented to achieve effective compliance risk management and how this contributes to an organisation's overall governance and risk management framework.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:
