Description

Corporate governance is the implementation of a system of rules and processes that facilitate fairness, accountability, responsibility and transparency within an organisation. The system is put in place to manage risk and ensure the operations of an organisation are conducted in a controlled and consistent manner which makes a significant contribution to the success of an organisation.


This course provides each learner with a better understanding of Corporate Governance and how compliance plays a vital role in promoting good corporate governance and the creation of a culture of ethics and integrity within an organisation. The learner will gain insight into how the Compliance Program is implemented to achieve effective compliance risk management and how this contributes to an organisation's overall governance and risk management framework.
